Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product, with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, will be returned to the entrepreneur. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@melavibes.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
